Crape myrtle Best Red

Height: 0,4–0,6 m

Best Red, a shrub or a little tree, gives a Mediterranean feeling to our garden. Its uniqueness are the dark burgundy leaves and red flowers which bloom from June until the end of summer. Its height can reach 2-3m. Best Red loves sunshine and warmness with a well- structured soil. It needs watering, especially while blooming. This plant forbears frost, but we should plant it in a protected location. The new flowers are developing on the fresh sprouts, so we should prune just the overblown pieces, to urge another blooming. Best Red is a popular ornamental plant which decorates with its beautiful flowers through summer.
